We landed in Pittsburgh at the Allegheny County Airport which has a beautiful terminal buinding built by the Works Project Administration in the 1930's.
The Avian was the only civilian plane around when it landed at Wrigth Patterson Air Froce Base in Dayton.
This sign points out the special section for kids at the Air Force Museum in Dayton, Ohio.
The Avian on it's way west, flying over the central U.S. Amelia saw much the same view.
